Global Search Result Shows Generic in Search Result

I am new to service now,
I added a new search source from 'interaction' table to the CSM Workspace.
Now the results are shown but the card deosn't shows the field values but only text Generic. (See screenshot below)
How can I configure the search result view for a workspace.

Hi,
If you are still looking for this then the answer is to configure record for these records in sys_ux_composite_data_template table.
