Google Dynamic translator with live chat agent

Where end user is reaching out to live agent support if the end user language is Spanish OR any other and enter any text in their language it should translate to English to agent same agent type something it should translate to end user language.

How can we achive this

you can do it using Dynamic Translation for Agent Chat in your ServiceNow instance, making sure you’ve activated the plugin, configured a supported translation provider and connection alias, and turned on the DTAC option under Conversational Interfaces > Agent Chat so that the system detects differing languages (via the requester_session_language variable) and automatically handles translation for both incoming and outgoing messages....
