Google rejected Branded Mobile App for Privacy Policy

Our app has been out there on the Play Store for a couple of years now, we've updated several times with now issues.  After submitting our latest upgrade, Google has rejected the app due to the privacy policy not being accessible before logging in.  Basically they're not happy that a user has to log in to access the privacy policy, they want it out from before login.

Has anyone had this issue before?

They only thing I can think of is if there was a way to add a link to the "instance selector" screen that appears before login, does anyone know if we can configure that?

Thanks

@tmcfm I recommend you to raise a case with ServiceNow support to take their guidance on addressing this issue. I doubt if you will have access to the instance selector screen as it is part of the app which launches the instance pages configured to be shown subsequently.

You can also raise an appeal with the Google review team to explain how Now mobile works and how you have very little control over the launch screen at your end.

Here are the configurations which you can control for your branded app https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-mobile/page/administer/tablet-mobile-ui/task/update-brande....

Hope this helps.

Thanks Sandeep, we have appealed this several times with the Google review team, the issue has been ongoing for months now.  They are terrible to deal with, you can never simply get talking to someone to explain the issue.

I have a case open with ServiceNow Support, no solutions yet.
