Got error trying to ask a question in community page.

When I try to ask questions in the community portal page, I got error. The error message says: There is no accessible forum to post question. Please contact your system administrator.
What's the fix for this? Thanks.

But here you are.. !! May be it was a temporary issue. You can write to community@servicenow.com in case of such issues.
