GRC/IRM plugins not appearing in Application Manager on Zurich PDI

Hello everyone,

I'm working through a training course that requires activating the GRC applications on a freshly provisioned Personal Developer Instance (Zurich release). It's been over 24 hours since provisioning, and I'm not able to locate any GRC or IRM plugins when searching "Plugins for your instance". The filters are set to "All activation statuses" and "All demo statuses". The total plugins displayed is 40 with none of the below showing in results.

I've searched using the terms "GRC," "IRM," "Governance," and "Risk" individually, with no results returned for any GRC related application.

Plugins I need activated:

  • GRC: Profiles
  • GRC: Policy and Compliance Management (and Dependencies)
  • GRC: Risk Management (and Dependencies)
  • GRC: Audit Management (and Dependencies)
  • GRC: Compliance UCF
  • GRC: Workbench
  • GRC: GRC Profile Dependencies

Could a moderator or ServiceNow team member confirm whether these are entitled on standard PDIs, and if so, activate them on my instance? Happy to provide my instance URL via DM if needed.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there @JGouvisis

I can see these plugins, pls check if they are already installed in that case they will be under installed and if it doest work try searching with plugin ids instead.

try searching with this

Plugin id: com.snc.grc_policy_dep.

If nothing works i suggest you to release and get a new PDI.

Hi @Its_Azar ,

I followed your instructions and both options provided no results. I am going to release my current and get a new PDI. Thank you!

Hi @JGouvisis

Don’t release the instance , as the waiting time might be quite high—possibly a day—and you may not get an instance immediately afterward.

Before doing that, you can try the following:

  1. Try syncing the plugin once.
  2. Log out and log back in.
  3. Check again to see if the issue is resolved.

If the issue still persists, then we can consider resetting the instance.
