Group issue - group members are being removed.

Hi all
We are having an issue in our production instance where some of the group members are being removed from their groups (NOT AD groups) they still have the inherited roles but are no longer members of the group.
There is no delete record available in the sys_audit_delete table.
Any idea or suggestions on why or how this is occurring.

HI Team,
We are facing same issue.
All our users are removed from Group by admin user which is a service now user.
Any heads would be appreciate.

Was there a solution provided by ServiceNow for this issue? we have been facing this since last year. I will be surprised if servicenow couldnt solve this issue since 2018 when it was reported in this community!
issue: users dropping off servicenow groups randomly.
