Is it possible that a group mailbox as guest account receive notification when a fulfiller responded. We had an issue recently. We just realize that when our colleague responded there is no email link provided in SNow. We're wondering what's the use of them using their group mailbox in creating Service Now ticket when it will not receive response from the said ticket

1st , it is not SNOW, it is SN or ServiceNow.

Atul:No, a group mailbox refers to the email address of the group, meaning a registered or confirmed email ID.

Atul: A group email is like your distribution list (DL) or shared mailbox, where all group members have access. It is used to receive emails in the shared inbox instead of individual members
