Group name is not populating the Assignment group while searching

Hi Team,
I have created one group 'ABC' with no roles , added one group member :testuser1 [who is having 'itil' and 'service_desk' role ] inside the group.
Then when testuser1 tried to search this group 'ABC' from the assignment group field of incident table , ABC group is not coming for selection. Could you please let us know what is the reason behind this.

Please check the assignment group dictionary configuration, is any type specific mention and may be the group you create is not that type.

@Amrutha K V There are couple of reasons why the group is no showing.
1. There is a reference qualifier defined on the assignment group field which excludes your ABC group
2. The type of your ABC group is not assignment due to which the reference qualifier is failing.

Hi @Amrutha K V ,
Please add Type as ITIL as well in the group then it will be visible in the Incident Assignment group.
Note: There is reference qualifier on incident table as below so you have to keep Type as itil.

can you remove / check the dictionary entry for the assignment group field and let me know if it shows up
