Hello,
Is there a way to prevent users from exiting a guided tour before completing the last step in the tour. By hiding the X to exit the tour or any other method?
Thanks

I think that’s the only option: X or Exit. No other way.

Hi @George56,
do you have a screenshot of which one exactly? I don't remember the details (because after I dismiss I never see it again hahaha) so either "complete" the setup by clicking the arrow to right or mark not to show up again...
Could you possibly share that window to be sure which one is that and how to avoid that? There is also a user preference record for that I believe...

Hi @George56 ,
I don't believe so. But a more important question is why? What you are trying to do will give a very poor user experience. So if there is a business requirement to achieve this, then I would argue against it.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

Hi AndersBGS,
Yes, the business does not want users to be able to exit the tour early. If they do exit early the tour needs to launch again the next time they go to create a change. The issue I'm having is whenever the tour gets exited early the override table gets updated indicating the user completed the tour so they don't see again. This is OOB behavior and I'm struggling to override this behavior. Thanks.
