HAM - Report to show My Assets and their EOL/EOS dates

Hello! I am trying to create a report where a user can view all of their assets and their respective EOL/EOS dates (if any). Has anyone created a Database View to support this before? From what I can see, the data we want lives across 3 tables and would need to be joined.

cmdb_hardware_product_model

cmdb_hardware_model_lifecycle

cmdb_ci_hardware (root table for all Hardware classes)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

did you ever figure this out? I don't have HAM but I upload HW lifecycle phases in manually and wanted to run the same report
