Dear Team,
I am not able to answer the below questions,
1-There is a problem with the Zebra hand scanner Operating System communicating through integration with the new ServiceNow Operating System and information is lost. while opening the ServiceNow app it shows the on Hand Scanner that 'Version Not Supported'
2-And I want to know that It should/should not be an issue and that information/data (coming from ServiceNow OS) should not be getting lost in translation.
Could anyone please answer the above question.
