provisioning user and groups from Azure AD to Servicenow

Hi community,
Does anybody knows how is the frequency of the sync between Azure AD & ServiceNow?
Where is it configured and how it works with users and groups?
Our use case is that the customer has updated a group on Azure AD with all the users inside and this update isn't reflected in our instance

What do the (azure) logs say? And the frequency all depends on your setup. We have customers that retrieve it once a day, and others do it (almost) real time.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

I don't have the access on azure log for the moment.
By the way we have configured the automatic provisioning, we found the transform map that runs to import the user, but we are not able to find where and how the groups are created *on Servicenow and where is created the record for the relationship between user and groups in the sys_user_grmember table
these records are all created by the user account that we have configured for azure AD
