Has anyone ever used Latitude and Longitude?If yes, for what reason?If no one uses it, why did ServiceNow even think of having this field?

We used Longitude and Latitude fields for Crisis Management implementation. However, it needs to be integrated with third party tool to get the exact location, alerts/notifications in the event of Crisis at a location/site etc. We are the first to implement such feature across. We also approached ServiceNow for a solution without third party integration. However, it is not in their priority list at this point.
