Hi jc,
For Portal project and email branding, we used lunacy and sketch.
It did save a lot of effort for communication between dev and BA when it comes to design.
Mark ✅ Correct if this solves your issue and also mark 👍 Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.

Good morning @Cuong , our entire design organization at Servicenow uses Figma to do product design work and collaborate with our developers. When I worked in our innovation studio, we used Figma regularly to prototype ideas with our customers. I can't recommend rapid prototyping enough. It avoids the need to spin up an instance with demo data and any new tables to showcase an experience you are exploring.
I am part of our Customer & Partner Experience Enablement team and we are running a private pilot sharing Figma libraries. Please contact me directly with your work email address and we can invite you to the pilot.

AJ,
Is there a design library or a component library for Figma designers can download?
