I have to create a metric to calculate first response

in RITM form i should get the time taken to react for that story as FIRST RESPONCE TIME so that we can calculate the time took by team to act on that story 

Like (2.76 min) or is the first response time.

Hello,

On the Metric Definition table there is an OOB definition for Incident already available called "First Call Resolution" You cna take that as a reference to create your metric

in that i have to see the timeline of all the activities done on that table crated for it (like assigned group, assigned member)
