Hi,
We are struggling with "Microsoft Azure DevOps Integration for Agile Development". Initially I would just like to know if anyone else has managed to get this working?
If so, I was hoping you would advise on the type of credentials you used for your connection (alias) for the Azure DevOps Instance.

Hi Matt,
We have set up the connection successfully between Servicenow and Azure Devops.
We have followed the steps as mentioned in Servicenow Production documentation https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-it-business-management/page/product/agile-azure-integrati....
2 points to remember:
1. While creating Credential, you will be using Azure Devops Service Account that should have complete access and create a Personal Access Token in ADO to use it as a password in Credential instead of normal login password.
2. Service account that you will use for integration, should have access to create "Service hook" in Azure Devops. Else, you will get error while Register Webhooks.
Till now, we are able to create and update records in Servicenow from ADO but it is not working vice-versa. No updates are happening to ADO from Servicenow. Let me know if you get it working.

We are having this same issue, but every time we edit an Assigned To on one side, it overwrites the other as Unassigned. Did you ever figure this out? I attributed it to the UPN vs email.

Hi,
This is an area I rarely venture into now, as it's mostly working (on Story).
I would have to run a test to see how the assigned to works, but have not had anyone tell me its bust (which dunt mean it aint! 🙂
Funnily enough I had a meet yesterday to discuss this. I was reminded that we have the synch working on the Team associations (DevOps Team mapped to SN Team, in SN). _If_ your synch is similarly tied could it be to do with a disparity between DevOps and SN Team members?

I think we have decent 2 way Story synch for the fields we have mapped, the only issue is no delete synch, but I have done Hi support to and fro, and I now have the fix for that (a setting on rm_story (allow access)).
That said we dont really have a proper regression test for this integration and I do need to create one - hopefully for our upcomming Vancouver upgrade.

I am trying to register webhook but it is unsuccessful. Can you help me understand how the service hook works? Will it be created automatically in Devops when we Register webhooks from servicenow ?
