Having issues with activating plungins

My instance is dev355767, I am trying to activate plugins with demo data. Each time I am receiving a message of Activation failed. In email I was recommended to go instance help to report the issue? Can some one help me? I have Australia version

If you trying to activate plugins from here please try again and again, you will get the plugin no issues in that
