Hello All,

We have 4 reports with same filter condition with different type of reports.

1. Pivot(Column-State and Row-Service)

2. Bar Chart

3. Pie Chart(group by Service)

4. List(group by Service)

1. Pivot Table: Showing 85 records

4. List view: 80 Records

I'm getting confused why it is showing different data for each report but having same filter conditions, can anyone help me on this?

Filter Condition: Filter on sc_req_item table.

State in not one of Resolved or Closed and catalog item is one of 45 items, i compared each filter report filter and its having same filter condition but based on type of report the count is different.

I put the same filter in backend list view-the Found that Pie chart count is correct but don't why the data is not consistent in each report, please check and help me on this.

Hi @sattar3 ,

I just replicated your issue, i don't see any challenge regardless of the report type, you should be getting the same number of records.

As @Dr Atul G- LNG  Mentioned, please raise a support case with Servicenow.

@sattar3

is this happening with admin?

If it is working fine for admin and not working for non-admin then did you check any Query BR or Table level READ ACL is restricting the records?
