Hello i have a problem form some users when they go in global search and write "itsm" for example ther are results ansd when they click in "Go to list view" when there instance is in english it shows the list view but when they are in french its deosnt show the problem exist for some users but not all of them anyone have an idea?

not a French speaker here but couldn't it be related by fact that "itsm" doesn't exist in French or there's another key that is being used instead?

After cloning prod to Zurich Patch 7, French users can access some keyword-based lists, but most list views/searches only work in English. Dev, which was not cloned, works correctly. One example is ITSM under All > Keywords = itsm / Tous > Mots clés = itsm. Please confirm whether this is a known issue, clone side effect, or localization defect, and advise on remediation.

@MalikB it's impossible to say without visibility to your environments.

 

But if one environment works ok and other two don't, do not hesitate and create a case from the Support portal to get help from ServiceNow team
