I've spent half of my day now trying to figure this out and I'm officially giving up. I want to get the Ansible Spoke enabled on my PDI so I can work on some proof of concept stuff.
I've tried following the directions here, but nothing works. That is to say 'something' runs, and several minutes later I'm told it's done, but there is never an available or activated Ansible Spoke. I've tried refreshing the instance, wiping it clean and starting fresh etc.
So there must be some obvious issue I'm not aware of. I'm not a snow admin, I'm an Ansible/Python guy trying to show some people how this IntegrationHub can make our lives easier.

I'm not sure that applies to the PDI versions. Either way, I did try to request the app from the store, but it fails (I assume because I'm on a PDI).
The original link in my post says we are supposed to use the "Activate Plugins" section from the PDI setup.

Were you able to get the Ansible Spoke activated on your PDI? I am looking to do this as well and running into the same issues.
Thank you,
Tom

Sorry, I never did figure this out.
