Hi all,

On the “Contact Us” page of our CSM portal, we noticed an increase in the number of catalog items displayed and duplicates under “Popular Requests” when we click “Additional Services.” The limit should be 3, but we currently have 5. Does anyone know how to fix this and where this is set up? Thanks

Hi @Community Alums 

 

Looks like these are custom widgets, hence we can't tell the exact solution unless we see how the widget server side/client controller scripts are controlling the number of records to show.

 

However, I am assuming the widget is developed to control the number of records to show from widget options then you can ctrl+right-click on the widget and choose "Instance options"
