Help Discovery tshoot : Classified, couldn't identify:CMDB Identification Error: In payload missing

Hello, All,

 

We are running discovery to find firewalls but we are not able to discover them through mid server.

 

we are getting following errors : 

Classified, couldn't identify:CMDB Identification Error: In payload missing minimum set of input values for criterion (matching) attributes from identify rule for table [cmdb_ci_hardware]. Add these input values in payload item '{"className":"cmdb_ci_ip_firewall","values":{"short_description":"Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Version 9.12(4)67\nSystem OID: 1.2.6.1.4.1.9.1.1200","can_route":"true","name":"asa-mtl-ext-remote","ip_address":"1.1.1.1","model_id":"16290c13dr3er61055912d9a1396193c","sys_class_name":"cmdb_ci_ip_firewall","manufacturer":"78fd69a8475942d09a0a7e37536d43b8"},"internal_id":"a9c40790e6678650a2ffc766a43c8e6e","sys_object_source_info":{},"settings":{},"sys_ire_info":{},"display_values":{}}'

Hello

 

In the Identification Rule Hardware Rule, the serial number is set in the Identifier Entries, but the payload item does not have a serial number (serial_number).
Instead, why not try adding an entry with Name (name) in the Criterion attributes to the Identifier Entries?
