Help for this error

Hi everyone, how are you?

When starting an "Assisted configuration of Conversational Interfaces," I'm receiving this message, but the flow is proceeding. Should I be concerned, and how can I fix this error? I can't find the "GlideEntitlementAPI" script in the API forum from the "CI Guided Setup" scope.

@marcelomsil Did this work for you? I tried following the KB attached above and the error message still pops up. I've written below what values I tried to put into the form. Thanks

 

  1. Navigate to System Application > Application Cross-Scope Access
  2. Click on New to create a new record
  3. In the form, fill in the following data:
    • Target Scope: CI Guided Setup (I also tried Global)
    • Target name: GlideEntitlementAPI
    • Target type: Script Include
    • Operation: Execute API
    • Application: CI Guided Setup
    • Status: Allowed
