Hi all,
On our CSM portal, we have a "contact us" section where users can find some knowledge categories from the main knowledge base. When clicking some of these categories, we can see duplicate knowledge articles within the "Popular help articles" section. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening or had similar issue? Thanks in advance

The widget code will at least show you the filter of what is being used to show on the portal. The fact that it is an older version, may point to it's not looking at only the current version.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
