Hey ServiceNow Community,
I'm learning about managing access on ServiceNow and came across a few terms that I could use some help understanding: Access Analyzer, Zero Trust Access, and Adaptive Authentication.
1. Access Analyzer: Can someone explain what Access Analyzer does in simple terms? How does it help control who can access what in ServiceNow, and what should I keep in mind when using it?
2. Zero Trust Access: I keep hearing about Zero Trust Access. Can someone explain what this means in ServiceNow? How does it make things more secure, and why is it different from the old way of doing things?
3. Adaptive Authentication: What's Adaptive Authentication in ServiceNow? How does it make sure only the right people get in, and when should I think about using it?
Any tips or examples you can share would be super helpful!
Thanks a bunch,
Maryam

Hi @Marium_07

Atul: It means, when we want to analyse any user role without digging out in ACL or other places. We can compare 2 users and see why 1 is able to see and other is not able to see the record / field.
