Help with FSM interview

Hi Everyone,

I have interview scheduled for opening of ServiceNow Developer. The job description which is shared with me is more about Field Service Management. What are the questions asked from FSM developer? 

What topics should I cover more?

It's difficult to predict exactly what questions might be asked, but since your CV likely highlights your FSM experience, I recommend starting with the overall process of FSM and how it works. Be prepared to explain how FSM integrates with CSM, as well as the different terms related to FSM, such as WO (Work Order), WOT (Work Order Task), and others. Since FSM utilizes a mobile app, you should also be ready to discuss mobile app configuration.

If you have implemented FSM, expect questions about the technical and process challenges you faced. In short, the questions will depend on what you've written in your CV and what is mentioned in the job description. It would be helpful to review and refresh your knowledge of the basic FSM terms to be well-prepared.

you should go through the FSM course on now learning

Also perform the lab exercises and that should be sufficient to answer basic questions

For advanced questions you would require hands-on experience
