Help with Inbound Email Action

Hi Everyone,

 

I have created inbound action on Incident table. It worked first time and I was able to create Incident. After that now it has stopped working.

I am sending mail at : dev231421@servicenowdevelopers.com.

Can anyone guide me why it stopped working.

I believe email sending and receiving is disabled for PDI earlier.

not sure if it started again.

is that inbound getting processed or skipped?

what debugging have you done so far?
