Now Assist Skill - HRSD - Email Recommendation not working - Urgent

Hi Everyone,

I am facing an issue with the Now Assist Skill – HRSD Email Recommendation, which is currently not working for agents. When the agent tries to use the feature, they receive the following error message:

“This action is not available for your account.”

From a configuration perspective, I have:

  • Set the access to any authenticated user

  • Kept the display options open without restricting to any specific role

Despite these settings, the skill is still not accessible to the agent.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can suggest what configuration I might be missing?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
