Help with service portal

Hi Everyone,

 

I am working on ATF. I want to create some tests in ATF. Can any help me to create tests:

 

Step 1. Open service portal:

Step 2. Open VA chat:

test 3.png

Step 3. Click on "Show me everything":

Step 4. Check for availability of certain topic

test 4.png

 

Is there a way by which I can create these test steps,

Can I create these test steps: Please help me.

Test Step 1 : Navigate to Module - Service Portal Home. ( Basically Open Service Portal )

Test Step 2 : Open Chat Window (Virtual Agent)

Test Step 3 : Validate "Show me Everything" Button in chat.

Test Step 4 : Validate (2) topics are listed after clicking "Show me everything".

 

Please explain , can I achieve these test steps.
