Need help with a “wait condition” in workflow editor. I need the “wait condition” to be able to recognize when all “Catalog Tasks” and/or "Ad Hoc tasks are close completed, then the RITM will close complete.
Even when an ad hoc task is created (see picture) and not in the workflow.
How do I get the wait condition to look at ALL catalog tasks on the RITM and only close the RITM when ALL tasks are close complete?
I have tried 2 Business Rules and have been told only the wait condition will work.
