I have been able to change the background colour of the queue screen on Walk-up Experience to white and the majority if the text to black using the walkUpPortal style sheet and adding this:
to the bottom. However, the font sizes are now different so that name of the user in the queue is much larger than the name of the user being served. It now looks like this:
What do I need to add now to even out the font sizes?

Scratch that. I confused the agent name with the name of the user being served. The agent name is deliberately smaller and aligned differently. I just hadn't recoloured the "Now Serving" user name and so couldn't see it.
That will teach me to use more descriptive test user names in future.
As soon as I realised I simply added another line to the style sheet using "left-content" instead of "right-content" in the element name and suddenly, everything was perfect.
I'd still be very happy to be corrected if I'm doing this the wrong way.
