Hi all,

 

Can someone help me how to fix this portal issue to view requests created by them? I have checked the application role and removed this particular role causing the issue after that also issue persists. Please help me with this. Please find the screenshot for reference.

Is that requests showing on the "My Requests" widget is under "Open" or "Closed" filter? 

 

Could you please share the complete filter of the below,

Tickets are not showing in my requests under open or closed filter.
