Hi all, How do I change the tooltip text that appears on 'requests' within the ServiceNow banner? I've had a look at the widgets under the portal and can see there is one for   'requested items' and 'request fields'   but cannot see a title that I can change. Please see screenshot below. Hi,

Navigate to Service Portal -> Portals

Click the portal that you are working on.

Click on Main Menu

Navigate to menu Items related list.

Modify/Rename the menu item for Requests.

This should reflect now.

1. Go to Service Portal ---> Menus

2. Open the menu applied for your portal

3. There should menu items related list.

4. Configure the list layout of menu items related list to bring the field 'Hint'.

Alternatively you could go to below link and use gear icon to bring field 'Hint' in the list and modify the same.
