Thanks for the reply. I got this article but out of curiosity asking will it work for Employee Center bcoz that widget was already placed but it still showing the OOTB icon only so helpless

First question would be, are you using Agent Chat configuration or a (custom) legacy Service Portal Virtual Agent widget?
