Hi All, Sidebar discussion record should open in workspace itself how to achieve that?

In any kind of servicenow workspace if we click on sidebar discussion for any record it will create a new discussion for that record but the record details were showing in a card layout if we click on that it will take us to native view instead of worksapce I want that record to be open in workspace itself is it possible if yes how can we achieve that help me here ?

May i know in which version your instance ?Because i tried in the Yokohoma and the Zurich releases , If you are in workspace after clicking on Open record it is opening that record in a workspace.

Hi Dinesh currently I am in Zurich release I think patch 6 even in my PDI also I am trying the same like I created a sidebar discussion for an icnident and if I click on the open record it was opening in native view
