Hi Community, facing issue with Jira integration

Hi Community,

 

We are facing authentication issues when we are integrating between ServiceNow to Jira, we have taken the project name and generating for testing, but it was giving status as error. can someone please help us to successfully authenticate between ServiceNow to Jira.

When we are running it was giving status as "0"

As checked, you have incorrect endpoint. Please ask them to provide you valid endpoint.
