Hello Community,
Non-admin users are currently unable to access the widget icons in the Service Portal. We have provided read access to the db_image table, which contains the icons, as well as read access to the sys_attachment table. However, the icons are still not visible in the portal. Could you please assist us in resolving this issue?

First try access analyzer and Select the user or role experiencing the issue.
Use Access Analyzer to review permissions for the db_image and sys_attachment tables.
Check User Criteria: Ensure non-admin users are allowed to access the widget.
Verify ACLs: I see the screenhots but also validate other ACL's on the same table thats conflicting and hopefully access analyzer should help you find that
Review Widget Permissions: Confirm non-admin users have permission to view the widget.
Check Network and Browser: Ensure there are no network or browser issues preventing icons from loading as I faced this with cache once..ty incognito
