Hi Community, we are facing issue on the service portal where choose options where not visible

Hi Community, SC Order Guide does not show Choose Options in Service Portal but we can be able to see that option in the native UI, can someone please help us to overcome on this how we can be able to enable that particular option. Thanks in advance.

To sort this, 

1. Are you able to access these items as stand alone on portal?

If no, then there is issue with Catalog item only, once you are able to access these items as stand alone it must work in oder guide as well.
