Hi Community, we are unable to process the order guide through the category, but we can see the order guide processing through the global search can someone please help us to overcome that how we can able to process through the category. Below are some screen shots that we have taken for reference.
This is the category we are using to process
When we open the category and tries to process the order guide but we are unable to. if we can observe the table backend value it was taking the reference from the sc_cat_item that when we open this through the category.
If we test by using global search as shown below and it was taking to the sys_cat_item.guide then it was redirecting to the order guide so we can proceed further..
if we see the sys id of the below one when we search using global search then it was redirecting to the sc_cat_item_guide then now we can be able to process the order guide but we need here to process through the category(Access management category) as well please help us on this.
