HI Every one,

 

i need uninstall plugin or inactive

 

i have try try to active to inactive but it is read only, how to do this

Please any one suggest me how to do this

Hi @basha shaik 

 

 

You can't uninstall a plugin on an instance once it's installed. 

The only way to remove it from a sub-production instance is to clone your production instance over it.

As per process, once a plugin has been installed cant installed or deactivate.

i have install plugin also prod

 

Hi @basha shaik ,

 

Then you can try raising a case with the ServiceNow and request them to uninstall. They will able to suggest a proper way.

 

And for workaround you can remove the visibility of Application/module related to the plugin if any or restrict the functionality.
