Hi, How do I create or Import group types?

Hi, I created 3 group types in a change management project in Dev, and after moving the update sets to Test I could only see just 2 group types in Test instead of 3.

Hi @Fredy Voke, Group type data is not captured by default in the update set. Are you sure your update set contains contains the group type customer updates? Or have you manually captured using the 'Add to update set'?

How would you advise I manually export the 3rd Group type from Dev and also Import in Test to have it functioning as expected?

Hi @Fredy Voke ,

You can export the XML of the required group type by navigation to the respective table where the records is present. Once exported u need to import the XML in test instance by right clicking any column from any table.
