Can someone please help me?
I am trying to import an xml file that has release management tasks into my personal development instance but I am not seeing any record. Here are the steps i followed -
- On the application navigator, I typed "release...". This got me into the module.
- On TASK module, I right clicked on the header form and selected "IMPORT XML"
- Imported the XML File.
- ServiceNow brought me back to the list view but without any record.
What am i doing wrong please? Thanks
