Hi portal shows "Nearing end of life" for some of our instances"

Some of our instances show "Nearing end of life". Where can get more details about what i need to do and until when? We are on Quebec Patch 7 Hot Fix 2b.

I believe that Tokyo is the upcoming version after San Diego. 🙂

I received a similar notification this spring as preparation to the upcoming Rome release, and at the time we were still on Paris (and had already scheduled the upgrade to Quebec, which also got me confused).

Also note, although the family release is in Jan, that date is the Early Availability, and the support-cycle doesn't change until General availability, which is a 1-2 months from EA.

Lastly, I believe that Paris is no longer supported (generally speaking), you can see in the Docs, that once Rome went live, there were no more patches for Paris (only hotfixes).

Thanks again, i guess, what i am looking for, is an official note from ServiceNow, saying until which date i have to upgrade to a certain version. Or in other words: which version/patch/fix is supported until which date.

And another thank you! 🙂 I will get in touch with the ServiceNow support directly but still wonder that this kind of information is not easy available. But also wondering why i seem to be the only one asking for something like that. Maybe i do not get the concept.
