First, Thanks to all the wonderful users who share their knowledge on this forum:
I have created Reports (Reports > View/Run). I create them initially as simple Record Lists. Then I convert them to Bar Charts.
I want to toggle back and forth between Bar Chart and Record List (not just revert a single Bar, but the entire chart).
Anyone know how to do this?
Thanks
StacyLen

Hi @StacyLen
It is easy to do, go to 2nd tab, type and change it to list. and Click in Run or save to get the changes saved.

Hi Stacy,
While configuring Bar Chart Reports in ServiceNow, there is a checkbox "Display data table" available under Configure Tab of the Report Wizard.
You can use this checkbox to display the list of records along with the Bar chart on the Dashboard.
Please let me know if this helps with your query by marking my response as Correct Answer/Helpful.
Thanks and Regards,

Hi @StacyLen ,
You can go to the "type" and select the list view instead of the bar chart:
You can't have both in same visualization, hence you need to create to reports if both visualizations is needed.

Is there no way to put a toggle on the report itself to change the TYPE dynamically?
