I've created the following UI policy to hide a custom section on our incident form:
It works fine when I look at the Service Operations Workspace view from the backend, the section tab isn't visible unless the condition is met:
But looking at the same ticket in actual Service Operations Workspace, the section is visible:

when ui type is desktop then its not working :

Hi @Abbottronix
Native view (Platform UI/UI16) and Service Operations Workspace (SOW) are different interfaces and do not automatically share the same layout configurations.
SOW utilizes specific workspace-exclusive views and layouts that are not automatically synchronized with the platform native view.
To align the SOW view with the native view, you must configure the SOW view specifically for that table using UI Builder or the classic form designer.
