Hi, how do I hide a specific field from the Description box on a RITM?
I want the 'Assets Assigned to Employee:' information to no be visible in the description.

Hello @charles1010
You need to check how this description is being populated and from there you can alter directly - because populating description with some field values is not an OOB thing, there must be some client script, some BR or anything running to populate that - so alter that.
That's a better approach. Else you can also go for creating another script that erases this information from description box. But it needs to be a fixed pattern to be scripted - which fits all the records.
