Hide a variable on Multi Row Variable set for a particular catalog item

Hi, I have a requirement here I want to hide a variable from the Multi Row Variable set for a particular catalog item. I created a client script but it was not working. Could you please help me on this. Thanks in advance.

Can you share the Catalog Client Script? And on which level did you add that, the Catalog Item or the MRVS?

Why client script? Simply create a UI Policy (on the catalog item level ) and hide your requested for on the variable set
