How we can hide add to cart button from record producer?

Thanks @Tanushri it kind of custom UI implemented I was suspecting how it was there

Then you need to check that item page on the portal and disable or deactiavte the ‘Add to Cart’ button. It might be added in a widget, so you’ll need to check again.
