Hi folks,
Where should I go to hide the 'assigned_to' field from the HR Case in the 'My Request' list on the portal?
I couldn't find it in the widget configuration, so it's probably managed elsewhere.
Is this a change that can be made easily, or is it stored in some OOTB script include/widget?

Hello @miro2 ,
1 ) Navigate to All -> Service Catalog -> Catalog Administration -> 'My Request Filter'
2 ) On Applies to field apply quick filter : select 'Service Portal' ->right click and show matching
3 ) open your table which stores the request
4 ) Remove 'Assigned to' from selected list -> click on lock icon -> Save
5 ) Then open your ESC portal and click on My Request and verify the changes.
Please mark helpful or correct if applicable.

Hi @Sayali Gurav thanks for you reply
work like a charm
This update hasn't been captured automatically in the Update Set, so it needs to be manually added, for example, using the 'Add to Update Set' related link.
