I think its possible to hide the attachment icon from workspace by altering UI Builder , But for hiding it on a condition needs scripting. I want a functionality such that when the state is closed of the ticket the paper clip icon on the workspace record should be hidden ? do anybody knows how to write a client script in UI Builder script? or its syntax ?
